Challenges faced
View2Fill wanted the new system to manage details of the work done, coordination between various stakeholders and the outputs created continue the high-level of standards and where feasible improve them.
Additionally, photographers had to rely on phone calls or WhatsApp to report on-field issues, which View2Fill users then needed to verify and relay to clients.

What we did for View2Fill
Conducted a comprehensive analysis of the end-to-end View2Fill process and proposed a solution designed to streamline overall business operations, reduce manual labour and enhance data management.
Automated information flow such that once the View2Fill team receives an enquiry, the information is automatically entered into Salesforce.
With the comprehensive requirements received from the brand, the View2Fill team could link the right photographer and videographer with the team.
Created a Portal for Photographers for easy updates and communication without constant back and forth.

Automated job line-item creation & order form generation
- Automated the process of a detailed job creation in Salesforce using Email2Case.
- Automated email notifications on job assignment to the Photographers.
- Order form auto generation option and preprogrammed email communication to client on the click of a button.
- Effective tracking of email conversations and data using email threading

Issue Management
Created shared platform for all stakeholders
- Created a Portal for Photographers using Experience Cloud Site, where Photographers can login and check their assigned Job details.
- Photographers could now be removed of the burdensome manual processes to share and receive information with the control desk.

Data Management
Auto creation of Job folders in Sharepoint using Cloud Files.
- Using Cloud Files, automated the Job folders creation in Sharepoint which saves a lot of time and effort for V2F users.
- Access to Sharepoint from Salesforce and Photographer Portal is also enabled for an easy navigation.
