Challenges we faced
HSF were looking to expand beyond UK and into Malta, a new geography for them. So, design new app for Malta users, record sharing and different functionality for each app user using the same objects.
Making org ready for up-to-date releases e.g. upgrading the Apex classes or triggers and VF pages to the latest version so that ICU locale format can be enabled.

What we have done for them
Brysa’s team understood HSF’s processes and proposed a solution to adapt their Salesforce to suit the workflows.
Configured the New App for Malta users, record sharing and different functionality for each app user using the same objects.
Proposed to use the profiles for the object access control, Sharing rules for record access control and a picklist field on object for functionality control.

New App for Malta Users

- Configured user-specific access and functionality for the new Malta app using Salesforce profiles and sharing rules.
- Removed 'View All' and 'Modify All' permissions, introduced new record-sharing rules, and implemented a picklist-based control system.
- Updated code, process builders, and flows to align with the new permissions and functionality requirements.
