As part of their continued operational evolution, Alight Media sought to migrate their advertising operations from LDSK to Broadsign.     There were existing friction points in campaign creation workflows that needed to be eliminated during the transition. They also wanted a structured and transparent migration plan with clearly defined milestones and accountability at every stage.

    We developed a phase-wise Turnaround Time (TAT) plan outlining responsibilities, timelines, and measurable milestones.
